They protect both you and Azar Capital Investments Ltd, doing business as AAA Self Storage. Some provisions apply only to the specific services or products you use.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase supplies or rent a self-storage unit. To rent a unit, you must also provide valid government-issued identification.

 

People under 18 may browse the website but may not make purchases or rent self-storage units.

 

In short: Minors may browse, but purchases and self-storage rentals are limited to adults with valid identification.

 

3. Website Use

 

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person or business, copy substantial website content without permission, or use the website to violate another person’s rights.

4. Supplies, Prices, and Taxes

 

We offer moving and storage supplies, including boxes, tape, locks, and similar items. Supplies are available for pickup only at our facility office:

We do not ship or deliver these supplies. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Product availability and pricing may change before purchase.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

 

Unused and unopened supplies in their original condition may be returned in person at our facility office within 14 days of purchase. You must provide your receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

Opened locks and used items are not returnable.

 

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of purchase. We will exchange or refund a damaged or defective item.

 

In short: Eligible unopened items may be returned within 14 days with a receipt. Used items and opened locks cannot be returned, while damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days.

 

6. Self-Storage Reservations

 

This section applies only to reservations for self-storage units.

 

You may request a self-storage reservation through the website or by calling our office. Reservations are free, and no payment is taken to make a reservation.

 

A reservation holds the requested unit for up to 7 days from the requested move-in date. You may cancel or reschedule a reservation at any time by calling or emailing our office. If you do not move in within the 7-day period, the reservation is released.

 

Rent, deposits, fees, late charges, and other rental terms are governed by the separate rental agreement signed at move-in. Those amounts are due as stated in that rental agreement, including at move-in and monthly in advance where applicable.

 

In short: Self-storage reservations are free and held for up to 7 days. The rental agreement signed at move-in controls the actual rental and its charges.

 

7. U-Haul Rentals

 

U-Haul truck, trailer, and equipment rentals offered at or through the facility are not governed by the self-storage reservation terms in Section 6.

 

U-Haul rentals are handled and governed by U-Haul’s own terms, policies, rental contracts, fees, and requirements. You must review and agree to the applicable U-Haul documents for any U-Haul rental.

 

In short: U-Haul rentals are separate from self-storage reservations and are governed by U-Haul’s agreements.

 

8. Our Content

 

The text, branding, design, and other materials on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may use the website for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse our website materials without permission.

 

In short: You may use the website, but our materials are not yours to copy or reuse commercially.

 

9. Third-Party Services

 

The website or facility may refer you to third-party services, including U-Haul. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for terms, services, or contracts provided directly by third parties.

The website and its content are provided for general business and informational purposes. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAA Self Storage will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.

 

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights and remedies that applicable law protects.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should be brought in the courts located in Texas, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
